One&Only Aesthesis
Twenty-five minutes from Athens city centre, on the Glyfada seafront in southern Athens, One&Only Aesthesis occupies a twenty-one-hectare beachfront estate surrounded by a six-hectare protected forest reserve. The resort opened in 2023 and immediately established itself as the most complete luxury wellness address in Greece — not least because it houses Greece's first Guerlain Spa.
One&Only Aesthesis was designed to evoke the golden era of the Athenian Riviera — the mid-century glamour of bungalows, private beaches, and the unhurried quality of a certain Mediterranean summer. The architecture draws on local stone and driftwood; the bungalows and suites recall the beach residences of the 1960s, updated with private pools and contemporary comfort. The Guerlain Spa is the first of its kind in Greece: eight single treatment rooms, two couples' suites, a hammam, sauna, and outdoor pool, offering signature Guerlain treatments alongside wellness programmes targeting sleep recovery, immunity, and detoxification. Guerlain has developed a series of experiences exclusively for the resort, drawing on the cultural heritage of the Aegean. Three restaurants serve Michelin-influenced Japanese, Peruvian, and Mediterranean menus. A private beach, three pools including one adults-only, and direct access to the Saronic Gulf complete the setting. One&Only Kea Island — its sister property — is twenty minutes by helicopter.
