Lanserhof Sylt
On the island of Sylt, Germany's northernmost and most exclusive retreat — between the dunes and the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea — Lanserhof's newest clinic brings the Lanserhof Method to its most dramatic setting. The architecture by Christoph Ingenhoven flows without corners, the clientele is international, and the sea air is itself therapeutic.
Lanserhof Sylt is the most technologically advanced Lanserhof clinic, designed by award-winning German architect Christoph Ingenhoven in sustainable stone, concrete, and untreated wood. A five-floor circular staircase anchors the building's atrium. The clinical offering extends the core Mayr Method with capabilities not found at other Lanserhof locations: neuro sleep programmes, spiroergometry, 3D body mapping with the Vectra system, advanced cardiology, and longevity biohacking including metabolic and lactate assessments. The signature Longevity Check programme runs four nights and delivers comprehensive health data alongside targeted interventions. For deeper stays, the Lanserhof Cure Classic runs seven nights of intestinal regeneration, fasting or therapeutic nutrition, and treatments. Between sessions, guests walk the beach, visit the dunes, and swim in the North Sea at Sylt's pristine shoreline — all part of the cure. Rates begin around €1,200 per day.
